Yeah. Milk does a body good. It is strength to your bones and health to your teeth.

But if you're asking for a Diet Dew, that has TONS of caffeine!

Yes, but I only have one. Usually just a can. I went for a Coke Zero though.

Doesn't matter for me - if I have caffeine after 5pm, I can't sleep until about 2am - and seeing that I try to get up by 5:30-6am - that's NOT a good thing.

Yikes. One of our professors was saying the same thing about his tea. Me, I can have a can of Diet Pepsi and go right to bed no problem. Mind you I'd wake up having to go to the bathroom in about an hour, but I wouldn't have problems falling asleep.

You know, cokes/pepsi don't bother me with falling asleep. What DOES bother me, though, is the diet drinks - I get all tingly if I have them too close to bed. Just can't do them at night any more. Actually, I need to stop drinking them all together. That's just going to be very hard.

And milk makes you grow tall. I used to be one of the shortest kids in elementary school. Then I started drinking a gallon a day and voila, tall person.

Red Bull is nasty! My players used to drink several before games. I have a friend who can fall asleep after a pot of coffee.

*raises hand* That might be me, though I suspect you're probably talking about someone else! I can drink a lot of coffee at night but I still fall asleep. Can't say it's a restful sleep, though.

Nope, not you - Oh, I can drink coffee and fall asleep, but I won't stay asleep - thus it's not restful sleep - and thus why I don't do it!

Talking about Neil. Ugh, makes me crazy! He'll offer me coffee at 10 pm - for him, it puts him to sleep. Not me! One time I was out for coffee with Randy, and we both ended up with regular and not decaf, and we both were complaining the next day at school! LOL
