Thanks Faith. I haven't read any of their books.
Just waiting to see if John is going to need to go to the hospital. His nose started bleeding about 2 hours ago, and hasn't stopped bleeding yet. A couple of nose bleeds ago, he ended up going to hospital and getting the doctors to try and stop it. It took them 8 hours to stop it. We're praying and hoping that it will stop very soon.

Trish- I hope Johns okay I will say prayer for him.
my fh gets them bad sometimes too...where it just pours out :/

Paramedics came and got the nose bleed to stop. Not long after they left, it started again.  Just waiting a little while to see if it stops again. If not, the paramedics will have to come back again and they said they'd take him to hospital. He seriously doesn't want to go to hospital.

Trish -- I hope you can get the bleeding to stop.
Today will be a day to get things finalized. I have several things to get done and naturally Ryan has his "to do" list as well. Still no servers yet. That is really starting to worry me. But I will do what needs to be done if we don't get any servers by Wed.

Nicole, how many places settings have you got at the restaurant? I hope you can find servers soon.
John's nose bleeds are starting and stopping, starting and stopping. It's just a steady flow.

I really don't see why it has to be so expensive to eat healthy. A lot of the time I stop to get carry out or fast food, and a lot of the carry out (around here anyway) can be healthy...if I choose for it to be. The things I can eat cost way too much money though, and I can't just go eat anything. (I'm not supposed to eat vitamin-rich/healthy foods, etc., so technically, the more to the "junk" side it is, the better.) Sometimes I'll want to eat the best food there is that I can consume, rather than eating 100% junk all the time. I eat junk anyway just because it's better for me (it's not like I love healthy food anyway, but it's bad for my body). But whenever I go to buy the little healthier foods I can eat, they usually cost twice as much as the other foods (or three times, in some cases). Ugh. It probably doesn't help that I don't have an income anyway. I never have more than a few dollars to eat.
And this morning I woke up to a text....saying that another one of my friends has suddenly decided to transfer to a university that's far away. Just about all of my friends have transferred in their junior, senior, or fifth-year senior years...which means that they will end up going back to a sophomore level most of the time (there are many specific credits here that will not transfer out). I'm down to one friend now. The rest left. I feel badly about this one though, because we did so much together (when we could). The three of us had our birthdays a week apart...all sat next to each other in our freshman classes, etc. And every year we'd have some kind of b'day gathering.
Anyway, Trish, how did they get the nosebleed to stop?

I'm glad you've got potential servers, Nicole. Let's hope they get to be actual servers, and good ones!
They had John covered in ice packs, and were spraying some anaesthetic up his nose. He had to sit quietly for quite a while. His nose continued bleeding on and off for hours. We were seriously thinking that he was going to have to go to hospital, but he's so petrified after the last time he was there.

Oh no, Kylie! I hope you can get plenty of rest so that you can get over it quickly.
John's doing ok. No more nosebleeds today. I'll be a lot happier after he's been to the doctor, and even happier still once he sees an ENT specialist.
Thursday, how do you feel about having more kids?

Tamara, sorry to hear about your friend transfering :( and yeah I agree to eat healthy it seems you pay more which is kinda crazy lol

Yuck to being sick!
I've hired one para for my SpEd classroom. Now I need 2 more.....
My son got a sad face from school today because he wasn't listening.

We are almost ready. We have three servers. I'm gonna have to do some juggling with the schedule since they are all high schoolers. I have two 15 year olds and one 16 year old. We may be going with a limited menu tomorrow or even for the first week till we get all the kinks. I have some major errand running in the morning after I get the kids to school. Tomorrow is going to be mind boggling crazy busy.

Nicole, awesome that you've got some servers. Do you need any more? (No, I'm not offering. LOL!) I was thinking more along the lines of adults. If you need more, is there anywhere you can post a free ad? Limiting your menu in the first week is a good idea, I think. Expand it when the servers know what they are doing and you have all the help you need.
Faith, I hope your son doesn't get any more sad faces. Cool that you've got a para for spEd.

Yes revival was really great!! There was 50+ people that came to know Christ just that night!

He wants more kids. He didn't live with us until the twins were 2 years old. Before that it was a few weeks here and there at most. {sigh} He really would like to have another girl. Yesterday when we got home from camp H was whiny and clingy when I got her out of the car. I asked what was wrong and she wanted Daddy. Oh, shoot! I forgot to tell him that when I was chatting with him this morning! I'll have to send him an sms now, I guess. I think it'll make his day. 
At least I get my old TA back (the one I loved from the beginning of the year, not the nutcase I ended up with). I love this woman. I can't wait to work with her again.
