Pot roast with carrots & potatos, and field peas from my parent's garden (actually, the potatoes are from their garden, too)

Change of plans. Kevin doesn't need supper, so I'm just doing the spinach souffle casserole for myself.

I have Eggplant Tomato Gratin in the oven. Not sure what else. Something on the grill with corn on the cob, green beans or asparagus.

Tonight was burgers on the grill. For a side item Kevin had oven fries; I had leftover spinach souffle casserole.

Tomorrow will be grilled, herbed chicken breasts. Yummy!

I made up a pasta casserole--penne pasta, marinara based meat sauce, mixed in a baking dish and topped with all the leftover bits of various shredded cheeses I had on hand--Mexican mix, mozzarella, and parmesan being the main ones. Also garlic bread. It was delish!

Kevin wanted to go out, so I didn't argue. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with swiss cheese and sauteed onions, green peppers, and mushrooms on it. Yum! I also ate Kevin's peas.

We had a family BBQ, so it was steak, pasta salad, chips and salsa, olives, corn on the cob, and a bunch of other stuff that I didn't eat, lol. It was too bad that I wasn't very hungry!
