If I showed up at school like that, I'd be escorted off the premises quick.

And a lot of people would be blind from looking at my very pale skin.

Where I work, they'd arrest me! (and I'd be thoroughly humiliated... I work at the police department.. )

Please don't. Where I work I would be the one doing the arresting.

Y'all say a prayer. I got a call from a HR department today. I'm hoping this may be a job i'm actually qualified for.

Do you have an interview tomorrow, Terri?

OK -- on another subject -- has anyone tried Peanut Butter Whoppers??

Is this something they serve at Burger King?

I'd buy it.

Well, I didn't take a nap. I decided that I would finish up a bunch of laundry that was staring me in the face. I don't normally do chores on Sunday, but I knew if I didn't get it done, I wouldn't have clothes to wear to work tomorrow and they frown on showing up to work in nothing....

Where I work they would laugh then send me home

I think I'd get fired. I work at a church.

And at my hopefully next job, I'd probably be invited to stay at work (a jail).

I'm sure a lot of mods lurk here. It's where all the troublemakers fun people hang out.

Thank you, Lioness. I've been lurking for a week or two (though I confess that I did not keep up every day...) This seems to be the happenin' place, though!

ROFL phosy!! Although, I'm a chat mod... not forums. But the forums are too addicting to stay away from!

I must confess that I'm quite worried that my grammar skills are not refined enough to post with y'all.

I don't think most of us are too fussed on grammar.

I'm a little fussy about spelling, though. I've gone so far as to point out a misspelling to teachers.

Never been scolded at though, as I was otherwise a quiet kid in class.

Welcome BootsNSpurs! Now if you could bring the other chat mods over with ya. I used to be a chat mod here, and I posted in forums more than I went to chat!

Thanks, Dude!

I've told them, but, they just don't seem as interested as I am... lol. What did it for me was trying to get 50 posts because I wanted to put my own avatar up. By the time I hit the 50, I kept going because I was already addicted!

I spend quite a bit of time in the forums now, too..... shhh! LOL

I've never actually used the chat. Shocking, I know.

Shocking, I know. I've hardly used a chatroom (anywhere) in years.

Surprising given I'm 23. But then, I spend my time in forums. In fact, I have 8 tabs open that are from one forum or another (not all here, although I do have 3 tabs for here generally).

Your grammar is reprehensible but your use of the semi-colon is impeccable.
