Actually they pushed Survivor back a week and it will now have a 2 hour season premiere.

I read about a month or so ago a Jeff Probst interview saying that they had a delay on production of the show because of numerous problems. They had shipping problems, missing food and some construction problems. I guess the place is so remote that there were times that it was very hard for their necessities to get there on time.

I'm so glad that the new season is starting. It seems like forever - I kept watching CBS, hoping for a preview, then finally when I'd given up all hope - an ad appears saying that the new seson begins Sept. 28th. I only saw that ad once though! I had to check the website for further information.

I am not so liking the husband wife team already. Actually more on the wife than the guy....they will be the yelling team this season.

I thought that was the couple who were married; she worked and he trained people to run. I get so confused with all the people the first few weeks.

The funniest part of the preview for next week is when the one girl says "They didn't even say Hi to us!" ROFLOL - how old are you?!

A very good first leg. I kinda hated to see the hippie couple leave. I think they would have been really interesting to watch.
Yes, the whiney fellow whose girl was talking to others - obviously, she is a social person and he is not.
The "alliance" didn't last very long. I don't think either team really helped out the other all that much.
