I'm okay with Kim getting voted out. I'm just sorry for her partner Mark. I like him. That means that last season's winner and runner-up pros are out already.

No surprise with Kim being voted off. I believe the last two standing will be Warren Sapps and Brooke Burke. Jessica Simpson cannot sing. She sounded like a wounded cow. No offense to wounded cows.

In this article they say Misty-May said she broke it. But it's the Star so I don't know how reliable it is.

She ruptured her left achilles tendon and is scheduled for surgery tomorrow. Maks was very supportive and emotional about her injury. I'm sure there will be no elimination tomorrow night. She did say that she wants to come back and do the jive - and Tom said they'd have her back for a results show in the future. Also, she said this wouldn't interfere with her volleyball career.

I wondered why Tom didn't say they could compete on another season when she is healed, instead of just showing up at a results show.

Possibly because that would give her a head start on that season's competitors. Like Tom said, they've been together for something like 8 weeks. I'm sure the producers want everybody to start out even.
You can pretty much tell the gender of the posters by the "No more Maks" comments.

I loved the jive with Maks and Edyta. Very energetic.
The jive is one of my favorite dances.

Doggone! Misty plays in the sand and doesn't get hurt but dances and messes up her leg...irony...I feel for her.

I didn't get to see the results show. I assume no one was eliminated since there was nothing in the news. But could someone tell me what they said. Such as about the rumor that Kim would come back?

They didn't address it in the show at all. They did announce that Karina and Rocco are in bottom place. I can't believe I am saying this (I've never been a fan of Karina's) but I felt sorry for Karina, she was crying when they talked about Misty, and then again when they announced that she and Rocco are in bottom place.

So they just didn't send anyone home this week? That makes the most sense, since it keeps the schedule right. Too bad about Rocco. I'd seen him on cooking shows, but he was better at the dancing than I thought he would be. He just isn't as popular as some of the others.

Rocco may not be very good, but he's still miles above Cloris, and I think it stinks that she'll be around while better dancers go home. If the call in votes decide everything, why have judges? Call them coaches and do away with their scores if they're not going to make a difference.

On DWTS the judges' scores are combined with with votes to determine who goes home. The lowest judge's score would take more votes to stay. Cloris is still there because she is entertaining. Plus, I suspect Cloris is being voted for on a curve by those who think, "I hope I can dance at all at 82."

Oh, I totally agree. She should have gone home right after the first guy, was it Jeff something? the "comedian". I didn't think Ted deserved to go when he did. He wasn't great but he was improving.
They keep showing Rocco cooking. Linz says he needs to get out of the kitchen and into the practice studio.

Yeah, you'd think, but that's how they get an audience...by making it viewer ran. In the case of AI, though, those folk are going to buy the records, so it makes sense. In DWTS, there is no money...only bragging rights, so it should be by the judges...at least 70/30 or 80/20...not 50/50.

Misty DID say that she was sure that all the ladies out there were mad at her now because she took Maks out of the competition. It was cute.
