I usually nickname due to what they remind me of. Or something most precedent about them.

Ie: Newspaper Guy, wrote for the newspaper
Kentucky, well was from KY
Seminary Dude, well its kind of obvious...lol

Craig. Technically not a bribe. If it was a bribe, there would be something I would want immediately as a result of the coke.

BUT, you may want to call it a preventative maintenance bribe in the even that I need it later on.

Acting proactively. Hahahaaaaa....

Hey Craig! Thanks for that link in the flirt thread! I wanted that song for my playlist and couldn't for the life of me think of the name or who it was by.

The week begins....

Why do I hear a minor key "impending doom" music when I read that?

LOLOLOL!!!!!!

But on Wed we can say the new month begins........

Already!

Yeah, that is what I was thinking! Where did September speed off to? Why does it seem like

now that I am in college and an adult the days go by faster than when I was a kid and couldn't

wait to grow up and they seemed to drag on forever?

And hang on because it only gets faster! I remember a friend's mom told me when I was a senior in H.S. that it kept getting faster and I just thought that was something old people said....and here I am saying it....and I'm not old! But she was so right. I have to remind myself often to try and slow down and enjoy the now.

My theory is that as we get older, any given unit of time becomes a smaller and smaller fraction of the total time we've been alive. So it seems to go by quicker.

I don't think I've ever seen anyone get so excited about buying a candy bar.

Good morning everyone!

Why does it feel so good to cut school for a day?

I hope it doesn't become a habit, and it's the first time I've done it without some real illness or crisis. But I did think that I would need to be home to pray about something very intensely (plus GP4 had some school projects that she needed my help on, and GP1 had something I needed to help her with, and the laundry and bathrooms were becoming...well, I won't go into detail).

So I cut school yesterday to be a mommy for a day.

I did go to work, though!

And then GP1 got home from her momentous weekend and we spent the evening gushing about wedding plans and all that jazz. Too fun!

I love that cozy feeling! Normally I'm not really a fan of rainy weather but if I don't have to go outside in it, its great. Although after 2 days of it, well, I need the sun again!

Also we need the rain, Hawaii does not really have four seasons. But two; seasons a dry season and a wet season. Only problem is our wet season hasn't been that wet.
