i used to be an adrenaline junkie! i tend to go through phases with the types of music i listen to though.

I like to bike or any form of excersise that will where me out. If I'm not able to do that maybe reading a good book, sleeping or vegging out watching a good movie.

I rarely play music when I am down.........I will play classical if I want to relax and mello out..........but when I am down I don't play...........I would rather listen to the sounds of nature........the wind, waves, birds........etc.........
I will sing when I am down.......sometimes when I am beyond being able to pray or talk to the Lord I will just start singing to him..........

Or you could just listen to My Hero Ends and listen to that instead LOL

Yes! I happen to have these things called parents...LOL!! I probably know way more songs than I should from way before I was born! I own the CD More To This Life by Steven Curtis Chapman- it came out the year I was born! LOL!!
