In this instance, justice was blind and they didn't look at it as a female perp but rather an innocent child who deserved justice for what was done to him.
Rockwall I agree with you. It does seem like women get lighter sentences in this instance - which I find deplorable. Sounds like justice was served here. I pray for that poor kid - his life will never be the same.

So, your original sentence implicated a judgement against the man, when you don't know him and weren't there. You didn't say you were glad he tuned the tape in until a later post. I think we were all just concerned about the statement because we have no proof of it, and some cities and states even have laws against unjust libel and slander.
I am glad you stated in a later post that you were glad he turned the tape in, and to bring it all back to topic, I am glad that woman got just sentencing, and didn't get off just because she was female.
