ORIGINAL: utilityfielder Does anyone have a suggestion of how to tie the link to a specific post? maybe when you upload a new avatar ... make a post ... update your sig maybe putting the date in the txt link ... and link to that new post ... people will be able to see all posts after that ... you are already linking to a specific post in your sig now

ORIGINAL: utilityfielder I am changing my contest about my avatar. Instead of guessing what the picture is, your task now is to tell the story behind the picture. Let your imagination go free with this. This scene is how I've found it, it was not set up. Same old story. Lumberjack racing a Dooley pushing a grocery cart and runs out of his boot.

Gary I am glad you enjoyed yourself in TN. Especially the SG Concert. Now you have an idea as to why we love it so much. But watch out. You may become a fan before you realize it.

I am back home after flying from Knoxville to Detroit and then to Kansas City. And while Tonny Bennett sang I Left my Heart in San Francisco. My version will be I Left my Wallet in Detroit. After the initial panic of not being able to find it, as I drove home from the airport making mental notes of all that I would have to do to replace my drivers license, medical cards, credit cards and trying to remember what else was in there. But when I got home I had a call for the airline that they had found it. Now I will wait for their call to arrange to have it FedEx'ed back to me. Thank you all for the birthday wishes. And Sam, my musically interests are expanding.

Glad they found your wallet also. Trying to get those things replaced and/or cancelled is a hassle.

I got my wallet back today, with all my cards, although they were in different places and instead of hte cash I got a check from the airline. That makes it safer that way I guess.

Awed: Hey congrats! (I gave up smoking as well...) Did you keep it up for a while now? Take care. quote:
ORIGINAL: awed Thanks so much Gary. It was 4 weeks yesterday. I'm glad you all know that I have done this. It will help to keep me accountable. The first thing my mom asked me when I walked into the restaurant her and her friend were at on Sunday, was...was I still not smoking. LOL! Yes, mom.

I saw your posts in Karlie's thread and went investigating (you profile) and saw "To Awed" and here I am. To answer your question about keeping it up... It was a year on June 19th that I have been free of smoking and I continue to be. It truly was God's hand on me that I was able to do it. Thank you for posting to me. Can you share a bit about yourself? Or is there a thread already where there is more about yourself? Edit to add: Congrats on your quitting also and hope you are feeling totally free of it still!!
