One of my brother's close friends' wife passed away last night. They are very young, mid 20s. She has had some serious health problems, but I didn't realize they were so serious. I met her a few times, and she was a gem of a woman. Please pray that God will comfort him and give him strength in what has to be a very difficult time. Please also pray that my brother is able to be a good friend to him during this time.

One of my roommates had a severe asthma attack in result to an allergic reaction she had in meds she had to take for testing at the dr's office today. She got rushed to the hospital and will be okay, but we're not sure if she'll have to stay overnight. Pray for a speedy recovery!
Update: They allowed her to come home last night and she said she felt like a mac truck hit her (today she says it only feels like a car hit her). It apparently got extremely serious....the dr mentioned pulling out the paddles and that was enough for my roommate to increase her heart rate. lol. Thanks for your prayers. She's still recovering but talking much more coherently today now that she's not all drugged up anymore.

Please pray for The Beau and GP1. Now that they are officially engaged, there's going to be a lot of stuff to make decisions about, and I doubt his family will make things easier on them. I need to know when to keep my mouth shut and when to try to help, too. And I don't know how I am going to continue doing what I am doing without GP1's help, so...

Update on GP1 and the engagement:
I cannot go into more detail for privacy's sake, but there is a BIG MEETING Coming up on Monday morning. Folks, we need a miracle. Please pray starting now through noon Monday, 9.29:
1) For healed relationships!!!
2) For wisdom for all parties involved
3) For eyes to be opened to the truth
4) For freedom from fear for those involved--especially GP1 and The Beau
5) For courage and strength to do what is right for all involved.
6) For repentance and humble and proper apologies to manifest where they should
7) There’s a chance that the meeting will fall through. If there is going to be progress, a meeting must happen, but if God knows that there is not going to be any progress made through a meeting, then He can see that it doesn’t happen. Ideally, it happens, and the results bless all of our socks off.
In addition, right now we are considering dates for the wedding: with our very full schedules, we really need to be wise. AFTER you have prayed for the above, if you think about it, mention that, to.

My BFF's other BFF's dad passed away last night, he was in a really bad jet ski accident and had
cracked his skull in four places, he died on the operating table and since he had signed a paper
saying that if he were to ever go on that they couldn't revive him, there was nothing they could
do. Please pray for his wife, five kids, and five grand babies, that God would strengthen their
hearts and help them through this very difficult time, he was the spiritual pillar to their family.

Urgent prayer request (speaking of babies). The boy twin grandson stopped breathing and they are rushing him to the hospital as I type this. I know nothing more. The grandmother (my best friend) is in tears. She called and asked for my friends to "work their magic". She's not saved. The twins were a month premature - and he had just come home on Friday.

Update on the male twin (Jakob) - he still cannot breathe on his own, and they do not know for how long he wasn't breathing before his mother found him.
Best friend (Laura) is on her way to Jacksonville (from the Tampa area) to be with her daughter and the other grand kids. She and her daughter have only recently mended a very strained relationship, and they still have a ways to go.
Continued prayers are needed.

please pray for me. i had a migraine yesterday. it's improved enuf i'm going to try work today cuz i need the income. but i feel like i've been run over with a truck...and my neck and shoulder muscles are so sore.
God's gonna have to get me thru today.

Praying for all requests & my heart goes out to the family w/ twins -- my twins were a month early too.
And asking for prayers:
Still looking for a job, also really need to get my own place -- my friends are awesome, but....
Also, this past summer I had many emails from my ex-husband's new wife --everything from accusations, threats, trying to counsil, telling me to do the "Christian thing" and then offering friendship.... it was crazy. I responded to my ex that her emails to me were way out of line and that I would no longer respond unless he were the one to email me --- I just received another email today, only this time she put pictures of their vacation in it...
My prayer request is that I would respond to this new tactic in the appropriate ways.... and to think I get to deal with for how long?

I'm asking that you please pray for me to do the right thing. My mother is driving me absolutely batty. She has made it perfectly clear that i'm no longer wanted in her home. I have just a few days to find a job and then she is putting me out. It breaks my heart that it has come to this. So if you could please help me pray for guidance. I love my mother very much, I mean she is the one that brought me into this world, but right now I don't really like her.

i ask for prayer for the youth group i help with. we have TONS of new students and have a lot of new things going on. it's quite a different direction than the last couple years have been so it should be interesting.

I'm taking a class that I'm feeling very uncomfortable about. I have reason to believe that the professor is using the members of the class to document his work and work out his idea - so that he'll have something to show to prospective employers. I feel that this is highly unethical. This hasn't sit well with me for about a week now. I've been considering dropping this class as well as I'm at the point in my life where I want to do what I've been called to do - or to do things that will advance me towards that goal. This class is not doing that at all.
So, I need wisdom to know what I need to do. I have another week or two until the withdrawal deadline - but I'll lose quite a bit of money if I leave.

. I have a cold and tend to get sinus infections, so the dizziness isn't really worrying me, and the arrythmias can be caused by being too busy, but I don't remember having them together before. Anyway, I have a really hard time getting a Drs. appointment, but they are concerned that it is something more serious than it has been in the past. So pray for wisdom, and healing.
