I haven't been to this forum for a few weeks but had time, and wanted to update any interested on the forthcoming study group I had asked for advice about promoting. It is due to start in early January 089, meeting 6 to 8 times at our local public library, using the workbook Hebraic Roots Intro to Things Messianic produced by Outreach Israel Ministry, running a short advert in a weekly and asking for interested respondents to express such via email, and hope this will mushroom in to something ongoing where folk who have an interest in applying the commandments to their living can be supported by one another. Perhaps meeting monthly after this study is over. I have 3 or 4 interested persons at the moment, and we will see what the advert yields in November. Meantime, can anyone recommend a yahoo group that is welcoming to both conventional christians and messianics without 1 side bashing the other? I would join the pay site Jerusalem Perspective but tight on funds and time at the moment. Or, is the Lockman foundation forum for the NASB a friendly place if you will? Thanks for your prayers and past advisement, much appreciated! (Drussell52) :)
